This year, our journeys brought us from the Highlands of Scotland to the steppes of Mongolia, from the Riviera to the Picos de Europa. Each trip was shaped by a sense of access; intimate, particular, and rooted in place. We shared meals in private homes, stood in silent churches, rode horses across open landscapes, and toasted under endless skies.

Asturias

Asturias, a journey in partnership with Capital One and José Andrés, brought guests to northern Spain to trace the culinary and cultural heritage of the region that shaped the celebrated chef and humanitarian. The experience included a visit to a cheese- aging cave in the Picos de Europa, a stop at the Covadonga Sanctuary, and a guided tasting at the cheese market in Cangas de Onís. Throughout, guests encountered the rhythms and rituals of Asturian life — from cider country to the sea. #CapitalOnePartner

Milan

In partnership with Cabana Magazine, we experienced the capital of design behind closed doors with Martina Mondadori & David Prior, accessing private spaces and experiencing exclusive visits to world-renowned sites, such as Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper, and private visits to a curated selection of Milan’s most beautiful private family homes. Milan’s design doesn’t stop at the interiors and exteriors of private homes and palazzi, it is deeply rooted in every detail of the city. We visited the one-of-a-kind cinematic interiors of an atelier to the perfect ratio of custard-cream to flakey dough of a pastry from an iconic pasticceria.

South of France

South of France with Rebekah Peppler, a five-day journey hosted by Capital One in partnership with PRIOR, brought guests to the Riviera for a celebration of flavor, fragrance, and coastal culture. From a modern art foundation tucked into the pines to a rosé tasting at a hillside estate once frequented by Coco Chanel, each day offered a new lens on the region’s creative and culinary legacy. Anchored at Hôtel du Couvent, a 17th-century convent turned retreat, guests wandered flower gardens, blended scents in Grasse, and embraced the rhythm of the South. At every stop: seasonal dishes, coastal wines, and a table set with care. #CapitalOnePartner

Mongolia

In August, we wrapped a Group Trip to Mongolia, immersing ourselves in nomadic traditions and the country’s imperial past. Mongolia remains one of the last truly uncharted places, where horizons stretch unbroken and the wild still reigns. From vast open landscapes and ancient tombs to horseback rides across the endless steppe, every moment was a journey through Mongolia’s rich cultural heritage.

The Scottish Highlands

From the shores of Loch Ness to the slopes of Castle Stuart, our journey through the Scottish Highlands unfolded with history and hospitality at every turn. Days moved between golf with Colin Montgomerie, whisky tastings in Speyside, and evenings in Aldourie Castle’s grand dining room. Rome

Rome, a journey in partnership with Capital One and Athena Calderone, invited guests into the city’s layered beauty, from its ancient halls to the kitchens, markets, and private spaces that define contemporary Roman life. Our days moved from an after-hours walk through the Vatican Museums to tastings in Testaccio, ending in Palazzo Talìa’s restored salons where Athena cooked and hosted. A week shaped by craft, hospitality, and the pleasure of gathering. #CapitalOnePartner
